• You are not allowed to distribute any of my art for anyone else to freely use/edit on any sites
• You are not allowed to make commercial merchandise of my art unless commercial rights are purchased
• You are not allowed to claim/credit my art as your own

• Personal merch for yourself (and not to sell) is ok !
• By commissioning with commercial rights, you state that you have all the rights to the characters you ask me to draw

• All profits made from the use of my illustrations will belong to the Commissioner unless agreed upon otherwise.
• Illustrations used for streaming will not be counted as commercial use.
